Tasked to develop and train staff to deliver 12 multi-sensory aroma cocktails and 8 multi-sensory edible cocktails for the bar in a private member club in Tokyo. While on the ground adjustment to the design of the bar were made and equipment upgraded so the staff would be able to deliver to the quality we set.
